Project Outline:
This company has continued to grow but has found that there are certain areas
where it falls short in terms of available skills and time to carry out ongoing
administrative and marketing duties, in particular the creation of a database.
The company also needed to reach new markets, but could not afford
professional assistance in order to do this.
Ligia Bica, a student from Liverpool Hope University College,
visited the company regularly and carried out and expanded upon the outlined business
needs of the company. She created template letters for a number of different reminder
systems with a corresponding database and also co-ordinated mailshots to the markets
that the company wished to reach.
