- Neither Business Bridge, its associates nor its students
will accept any liability for financial or other losses incurred by a host company
or its associates as a result of the student's work.
- The final decision on a student(s) suitability to undertake the work rests with the employer. Business Bridge does not accept any responsibillity for the standard of work produced by students(s)
- Host companies must possess or undertake to provide a suitable
insurance cover against all legal liability for claims made by students, Business
Bridge representatives or third parties for loss or damage to property, goods,
personal injury, disease or death caused by an event occurring when the students
are under the host company's control and engaged on the host company's business.
Business Bridge can accept no liability if a host company has not provided it's
own or its associate cover.
- Should a company wish to terminate a student's employment prematurely
for any reason, Business Bridge should be notified immediately.
- If you are unhappy with the brokerage service you have received
from Business Bridge, please ask to see a copy of the Complaints Procedure
