What is Business Bridge?

Business Bridge is an externally funded brokerage service, which aims to provide a dual service to both students and North West business. Business Bridge provides businesses with cost effective highly skilled pre-graduate staff. Students will benefit from relevant work experience to help expand career opportunities after they graduate.

Business Bridge is a non-profit organisation. Businesses employ students as a normal member of staff (for more information see What we do) and pay them directly. Business Bridge does not take a percentage of the hourly rate as we are not an agency.

Business Bridge structure

Business Bridge is a joint initiative between Liverpool John Moores University, The University of Liverpool, Liverpool Hope University and the University of Chester . Business Bridge's student facing office's ('The student Units') are based across the 4 institutions. Business Bridge's business facing office ('The business Unit') is based at Liverpool John Moores University (Redmond Close Building, Click here to contact central unit Note: Not for students). All the various offices communicate via a comprehensive database system.
