Liverpool is gearing up to give visitors a great Welcome in the run up to and during 2008 – Our Capital of Culture Year.
08 Welcome is an initiative that aims to establish Liverpool’s reputation as the friendliest and most welcoming city in Europe.
These sessions are FREE to attend and include a finger buffet / snacks and refreshments.
The aims of the workshop are;
- To outline how participants can impact positively on visitors and customers through good customer service
- To build understanding of what Capital of Culture is and what can be expected during 2008
- To improve knowledge of things to see and do in and around Liverpool and the region
- To explore how this improved knowledge can be used to enhance customer service
The workshop is fun and motivational as well as informative. Knowledge gained may be vital for you in helping to secure a job of your choice in the future. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MISS OUT!
